Gear by ability
Gear related to what each test measures. Split into picks for record chasers and picks for everyone.
01
If you are chasing records
Lightweight gaming mouse
A category built around low weight (about 60g) and a high polling rate (1,000Hz = input reported every 1ms). Related to tests that repeat short movements, like reaction, click speed and aim.
02
For everyone
Mechanical keyboard
Each key has its own mechanical switch. The typing test counts only correctly typed characters, so try the key feel yourself before choosing.
Vertical ergonomic mouse
Shaped for a handshake grip with the wrist upright. Sold as a work and study mouse rather than a gaming one.
Memory technique book
The number memory test adds one digit at a time. Chunking (grouping digits) is covered in our guides; this is for people who want a book on memorisation techniques.
